Last Updated Hierarchy: July 1, 2026

This legal charter dictates the operational boundaries between the client investigator and Novus Crown Publication. Utilizing our network portals or submitting research data assets implies absolute compliance with these technical provisions.

Scope of Consultation Boundaries

The services rendered by Novus Crown Publication comprise advanced technical optimization, linguistic editing, structural formatting, and data presentation consultancy intended for submission preparation. Final peer-review acceptance loops, classification changes, and publication timelines remain the sole decision of the independent target journal's editorial board.

Client Data Guarantees

By using our automated consultation form systems, the user explicitly warrants that the shared research materials, telemetry datasets, and text summaries are gathered ethically, are completely free from unauthorized third-party copyright claims, and do not violate institutional research rules.

Limitation of System Liability

In no situation shall the corporate entities, operators, or technical architects behind this platform be held legally accountable for any downstream revisions, rejections, classification changes, or index removals executed by third-party databases (such as Scopus, Web of Science, ABDC, or UGC Care).

Termination of Project Parameters

We reserve the right to immediately suspend any active project loop if structural abnormalities, deliberate plagiarism indicators, or ethical violations are identified during our baseline diagnostic evaluation.

Intellectual Property Ownership

All source drafts, unique data graphs, and conceptual schematics configured by our team during optimization are immediately assigned to the client upon contract balance settlement. Novus Crown Publication claims no ongoing rights or secondary control over your unique research assets.

Financial Settlement Protocols

Consulting retainers and workflow phase allocations are fully non-refundable once engineering evaluation loops are active. Any adjustments or secondary manuscript targeting changes after initial processing will necessitate a separate task order execution.
